Unibera homes is a residential project launched by UNIBERA DEVELOPERS PVT. LTD. At Sector – 1, Greater Noida West which is known as Noida Extension. The plot number of this project is 16 F. It is a under construction project but almost all towers have been completed and finishing work remains.
Unibera Homes is a 6.5 acres project which will have 7 highrise towers and it will have a total 968 units. It is a RERA registered project so the builder will have to complete it as per RERA guidelines, RERA number of this project is UPRERAPRJ2537. As per RERA the completion date of the project is 30th Nov 2019.
Location of the project
The location of the Unibera homes is very good as it is located in sector -1 Greater Noida west, which is very close to central Noida and in the coming days it will be connected with Noida-Gr. Noida Metro.
Unit Types & Price
Unibera homes is offering 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4 BHK apartments with different sizes. The smallest available size is 925 Sqft (2 BHK) and the largest available size is 2250 sqft (4 BHK).
If we talk about price then price of a apartment in Unibera homes starts from Rs 32 lacs (for 2 BHK 925 sqft).

My View About This Project
As mentioned above, I personally visited this project and found that construction is in full swing, the structure of towers is nearly completed, only finishing work is left. To be a very honest project is a bit delay. But if you are a new buyer then you can invest in this project for the following reasons.
- The location is very close to central Noida and will get metro connectivity is the coming days.
- As per RERA, possession needs to be started from Dec 2019, otherwise, the developer will have to pay penalty.
- Loading is very less as compare to other projects in the same area.
